The University Awards Convocation highlights the awards and achievements of honorees who go above and beyond to propel OSU forward. OSU Provost Jeanette Mendez, alongside Vice Provost Chris Francisco, acknowledged the accomplishments of faculty, staff and administrators in 2023 during the Fall Awards Convocation held on December 4 at the Student Union Ballroom. Dr. Mendez and Dr. Francisco awarded recipients in 25 different categories, each nominated by supervisors and colleagues.

Programs offered through Human Resources are designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff in the Division of Academic Affairs.
Dependent children of OSU employees who are at least 75 percent FTE and who have been employed for at least two years, are eligible to receive a 100 percent undergraduate student resident tuition waiver for OSU-Stillwater and OSU-Tulsa courses.
Full-time members of the faculty and staff who enroll in standard OSU credit courses may receive a waiver of half the tuition on these courses by submitting the Faculty/Staff Tuition and Fee Waiver request form.
